
A 60-minute yoga class for exploration and relaxation.
Balance out the yang in your life with this yin class composed of longer held poses. Extended savasana at the end of class will give you time to integrate the practice and rest.
This class is for everyone!

It is helpful to have blocks, blankets, a bolster, and a strap nearby (sometimes a wall and/or chair can be useful, too).
If you do not have these items, grab what is around you...use books as blocks, strip the bed of blankets and pillows, get out your beach towels, use your couch cushions, etc.
