Morning Movement and Meditation

Wake up a get moving... this practice is just enough movement and meditation to set you up for the day ahead.

30 minute Zoom practice that includes movement, sun salutations and meditation to get your day started in a positive and uplifting way. This live streaming class takes place Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am Central Time.

Instructions for joining will be in the confirmation email. All levels are welcome.

This is a pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you do want to leave a "tip" or "buy me a coffee," or contribute an amount that's comfortable; I appreciate your support!

This class is suitable to all levels of students.

Items that may enhance your experience are yoga mat, blocks, and blanket.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)

3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
